Residual Stress Measurement of a Single-step Sintered Planar Anode Supported SC-SOFC Using Fluorescence Spectroscopy

The fluorescence spectroscopy technique was used to measure the residual stress between cathode and electrolyte of an anode supported planar single-chamber solid oxide fuel cell. cell made (NiO-CGO) :(CGO) :(LSCF-CGO), as anode:electrolyte:cathode test carried out after sintering at room temperature. measured these layers arises from caused by differential shrinkage during thermal expansion co-efficient mismatch cooling. Therefore, in layer due cooling calculated analytically so find stress. According findings a maximum compressive -1084 MPa occurred place contiguous layer. estimated stresses cell’s owing CTE for duration -324 15.96 MPa, respectfully. Furthermore, total mean obtained -703.795. Thus, main contribution this is growth (-395.755 MPa) different behavior adjacent layers.
